[Hirondelle]Arusha -The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) on Thursday sentenced former Rwandan minister Augustin Ngirabatware to 35 years in jail for his role in the 1994 genocide. This is the Tribunal’s last judgment, apart from appeals.
